Goodnight macaroon9/9/2023 No proper return confirmation email was sent. DID NOT REFUND the broken sweaters or the return shipping fee as they agreed. 5 days after the return packaged arrived at their location, they send me an email with an electronic gift card of 3 items I sent back. I still agreed and send my 3 items back, hoping 2 items - and the 1 broken sweaters will be back to my original payment, 1 will be in store credit plus $16 return shipping fee, that they AGREED to put it back in the store credit for me. (Who would be so stupid thatjust measure a sweater by the length). The other one, compare to the website, the length matches so they only agree to refund with store credit. They agreed to make a refund to my original payment only for the 2 they think they're significantly different measurement. Now, 3 sweaters that I ordered was extremely big, completely different measurement compare to the website. Total order were 4 sweaters included: 3 were extremely big, one was broken. The packaged finally arrived after 2 weeks. Contact Goodnight Macaroon (GM) customer service, did not get a reply until 3 days later. The label was created but the packaged never get dropped at DHL. Long story, I first made an ordered that was supposed to be free express shipping with 3 days. I find this hilarious, because after speaking with paypal again this morning after reading the email, they told me NOT to do it with emphasis on the NOT! They want me to cancel it because then it doesn't report bad on them! I received another one from them and it said that I needed to again and once again I said no, and that Paypal has already contacted them! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!! ALSO I read that any "positive" review is done so by a paid individual- they pay for positive reviews! SO much garbage!!! I don't understand how 'influencers' can actually support these guys. They contacted me this morning telling me to cancel my dispute and only when I cancel my dispute will they refund me my money. after an escalated dispute, guess who sent me an email. I should have known better to do this prior to shopping with them! With any paypal purchase you should always get an email confirming a refund is being processed!! 101 reasons to use them! Anyways, I contacted Paypal and long story short. I emailed them a variation of this for 5 days WITH ZERO RESPONSES!!!! I than decided to look them up and read their reviews. I questioned her and said that there should be a paypal cancellation email and i never received it. They emailed me and said everything has been cancelled and that I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I really wish I could give this a NEGATIVE 1000 stars but I can't!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS! They are liars, thieves and cheaters! I bought something, changed my mind and requested a cancellation and refund! Beyond thankful that I purchased via Paypal (more on this later). Please be careful - DO NOT ORDER FROM GOODNIGHT MACAROON!!! They also screen their ratings on website & most reviews are employees plus one's you leave disappear from their site. I mean when you open a package your excited to get but then cry when you actually open it & see what is inside there is a problem. So if I even think about trying to purchase something else if it doesn't fit, smell or look beyond cheap I can't return it or exchange it for store credit again? Basically once you give them $$$$ you will never see that money back again. I mean come on & they even said they'd issue store credit but when they do any items purchased with it were not returnable or you couldn't exchange them. I asked them kindly to please give me my money back- not take money away for illegal reasons. Then to be told that they further discounted my already lame store credit because of a return processing fee? What the hell? I just want my money back the way I paid so I can forget this awful choice & know now not to believe everything IG fashion bloggers put up on brands or companies because this was by far worst experience in my whole life of buying clothes. I had to hunt them down with them being extremely rude. I spent over an hour finding the address to return them, spent my own $ to send back, thank goodness I had a tracking # because nothing for them when they received them. laughed when I put them on as like what the hell did an elementary school kids have a sewing class. I have had an ongoing issue with them - where first they told me I couldn’t return items but the items were awful quality, not close to sizing for someone small, color wasn't even close to pictures and horrible smell. I never leave reviews but truly I don’t want anyone else to lose money like I did.
